The menu comprises both Thai classics and specials – with the special menu changed every 6 weeks – such as live lobsters, tiger prawns, crabs and more from local seas, all displayed in the huge and well maintained aquariums at the restaurant entrance. Behind them is an impressive open kitchen where talented chefs skilfully prepare meals.
Lae Lay Grill specializes in seafood but also offers Thai dishes with meat as well as vegetarian dishes. Dinner at Lae Lay Grill is clearly more than a meal: it is an experience of culinary wisdom, where all dishes are cooked superbly and nicely choreographed by the master chef.
